I probably won't ever go to this place again. First, they don't have color swatches. You have to open up polish bottles just to see what some of the colors are and then the ones that do have the color on the label aren't the true color- which is what happened in my case. I thought I was getting a shade of nude but it actually was translucent pink. I let it go because it would've been a nightmare getting back up to try and find the right color but then it cured spotty and uneven. I felt extremely uncomfortable telling her I didnt want a spotty uneven color after she painted all of them, I like nail places that have passion and give you at least a little direction on what will or is coming out right, especially when you show them a picture of exactly what you want. I didn't leave with any cuticle oil or lotion, when I actually saw another person getting oil and lotion massaged after their manicure! Im not usually one to complain but my cuticles are just extremely dry and cracked right now. It wasn't worth making a scene, I just won't go back....They didn't care about my nails looking good, they cared about getting me in and out and taking my money.
